the 1st day of VIFF (Vancouver International Film Festival) started with THE DUEL, based on Antoin Chokhov's roman. It has the best lighting ever, so soothing & unbelievably gorgeous, let alone how acting, set decoration & mise-en-scene were breath-taking
Good Old Days! I used watch all the festival movies back home from dawn to dust, now I can barely afford one daily. Its all right...... I want to lie down & think of the beauty of lighting on the DUEL, the rays of sun were shining on any trivial object & could differentiate them from the rest of the world.
I need to drown in my fantasy...... Cant wait for tomo, for Gonzalez's work, called Biutiful, he is insane, I assure you!
